During the previous editions of the game, the developers had to take out a number of vehicles because of conflict in function (I believe this is the official case).

Last Tuesday, the 13th, they re-entered the dirt bikes. And on top of that, they are now modular.
This means we can find dirt bikes in any state of disrepair, and that we can bring parts to a bike to repair it, or take it apart.

This vehicle is a great addition to the ones that are currently in the game. I, for my part, hope they bring back some of the other ones as well. But I am genuinly stoked over this return.
It’s a versatile vehicle for single small missions. A possible downside is that it has no inventory space. You can, however, bring a backpack – and a passenger!
